THE USE OF ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS IN PATIENTS WITH DOWN SYNDROME

When we plant or sow with quality and rigour, and above all with a huge passion for what we do, we are able to harvest products with quality and diversity that allow us to feed our need to feel useful to patients, society, science and academia.

It is with great happiness that I share yet another scientific article that I co-authored with a team of researchers, including my colleague and friend Dr Fernando Duarte. This article is part of our line of research with the central theme of the clinical and surgical use of zygomatic implants in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

It is in this Global Concept that I believe, where Scientific Research, Academia and the Clinic can and should go hand in hand and provide scientific evidence for daily clinical practice.

My best wishes to all my friends, colleagues and patients
